Keep the engagement terms and relevant correspondence. Ask the provider for its complaints procedure and, where appropriate, identify the independent body able to consider the complaint in your jurisdiction.

Inspect written terms of engagement prior to signing, and retain contemporaneous written records throughout the duration of the instruction.
